During his childhood, he immersed himself in drawing cartoons and characters, sparking a lifelong passion for art and illustration. This early fascination evolved to a vibrant career in the arts, leading him to earn his Associate's degree in visual communications from the Art Institute of Dallas and his B.A. in graphic design from the University of Texas at El Paso. Later in his professional journey, Chuco found creative expression in the art and technique of tattooing. With 7 years of experience as a tattoo artist and 27 years as a graphic designer under his belt, Chuco brings a wealth of expertise and creativity to every project he undertakes.

Hailing from the streets of the Lower Valley of El Paso, TX, Erick and his family moved to the bustling city of Houston, TX in 2021, where he brings a touch of Southwest charm to every design he creates. Chuco specializes in a distinctive fusion of illustration and neo-traditional style, handcrafting unique, customized tattoos that serve as timeless expressions of individuality.

When Erick isn't busy bringing creative visions to life, he can be found in the vibrant community of Houston, surrounded by the love and support of his family– a caring wife, two wild and imaginative kids, a playful cat, and two very sweet pups.
